We offer competitive commission on residential houses. Since we are also conveyancers the process is much shorter and simpler. We match our listed homes with the requirements of the Buyer beforehand to eliminate unnecessary viewing of unsuitable homes
Properties for rent:
If rentals are not paid we immediately start the eviction process-since we are also attorneys.
We are always available to answer questions or assisting any way we can. In short our service sells itself!
Corina Smith
Corina obtained her BIuris degree from the University of South Africa in 2003 and went on to obtain her LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2008.
Corina specialises in all aspects of conveyancing and Notarial matters. She is a Pretoria High School for Girls old girl who is fluent in English, Afrikaans and Dutch.

Shelley Sommer
Shelley obtained her BA Degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Pretoria in 2012. She is a conveyancing secretary and assists with all forms of Conveyancing and Notarial matters. She also assists in handling the expungements, deceased estates and debt collecting sections. She is a Pretoria High School for Girls old girl who is fluent in English, Afrikaans and German.

Naomi Roos
Naomi obtained a Diploma in Library sciences at Potchefstroom University.
She worked for 30 years at the South African National Defence Force in library sciences, administration and finances.
She is fluent in Afrikaans and English.
